Making an organized schedule and job positions

For the visual novel to be succesfull we need to work as a team. The best way to do this is to keep an organized plan. We need to be sure who is working here and what position he takes, and we also need to know what the perfect time is when we can all work on it.

i think you should be project manager, the head of it if you will, you are pretty much that already aren't you?

I don't mind being a story concept guy, just make a list of jobs and add the names of people onto where they want to go
